No, quite frankly, at the time I figured it was my flash card. It never occurred to me to ask them about it. If I have the same problem next year I certainly will bring it to their attention. It seems to me that otherBraille Note users were not having this problem. I have had this problem at both Sky Harbor Airport and Cincinnati Northern Kentucky airports too.

I'm curious. Mary ellen,  when at the CSUN Confereence last
March,  did you acquaint  anyone at the Humanware booth with your
e-Mail access problem?
The reason I'm asking is that  blind, and deaf-blind folks from
all over  the world  participate in  that Conference each year;
and, Hw  always has a booth and usually offers  a few workhsops.
It makes sense to me that Hw should be aware if there is a
problem and  get  the Hotel (and the Hilton, where folks also
stay)  to fix it.
