Sorry for the delay in answering. Humanware is using their sdw site to distribute the product keys. Go to: http://www.humanware.com and you will find a link for download 7.2 upgrade. Follow that link and you will get to a list of options like download product key, upgrade etc. If it is of any benefit to you, I can send you a cd with the nk.bin file, all 40 mb of it to you by postal mail. Of course if you don't have a cd drive for your Mpower, this won't do you any good. Take care.
