Jim, I just checked the readme for 7.2 and the setting you want is in file download options within the internet options menu. This allows you to turn audio streaming on for listening or off to download the file.
You get to the internet options menu by opening the browser and hitting backspace with o or control with 2 for the qt. It's number 3 in the first section of the readme having to do with additions to the user guide.
