I had that same message last night when I tried to install the
product key. I tired it again with a different card and it
worked. My first card probably didn't work because it was a 1
gig. I tired a 512 mb and it worked. I also got a 256 mb too
just in case.

I would try renaming it product with the dot exe extension. Let

Leslie, does your product key have a dot exe extension? Did it
show your serial number, or did it let you get that far? If it is
in your Sd folder, try renaming it, and see if you can do it that
way. Here's hoping.

Hello all. I tried to install my product key for the KS7.2
upgrade last
night and here's what happened. I followed all the instructions
