Leslie, there is a work around, but not necessarily the best one.
Depending on how much HTML you get, you can choose to leave your
email on the server. From Main Menu, you can press E, S, then R.
Press Space once, and you will read the choice "leave email on
server?" It is probably set to "no", so just press "y" for yes.
The bad part about this is, when you read messages from the BN,
you will keep getting them back, unless you download them on the
pc as well. You would be able, though, to read the HTML on your
pc.
