My new mPower had the exact same problem. It has been "repaired"
three or four times and STILL has that problem. It is very
frustrating, but the advantages of KS7.2 and an mPower are so
great over a classic with KS6.11 that I try to delay sending it
off as long as I can. I wish they would fix it once and for all.
That is not to say that yours will not be fixed the first
time--just be warned that the posibility is there. BTW, if any
problem shows up when your BN comes back, call HW immediately and
have them put it in your record so that if you ever have it
repaired again, it is there. A Support worker told me that, so I
figured I would pass it along.
