Also, you have to believe that hw has been hit pretty hard with the loss of
3 key people in 13 months. Probably a lot of meetings are being held to sort
who is going to moderate the list on a permanent basis and they have to
bring in a marketing chief.
I have to say despite my disappointment with the navigation in the book
reader and word processor I have had some of the best tech support
imaginable from Humanware. Robin Williams called me within an hour after I
spoke with Sarah and Sarah was honest and right up front in telling me she
had to find out what the problem with the Voice Note was but Let's not
clobber these people, not just yet. I have the feeling, before too long a
patch will appear to fix our little bugs and then these people can get
cracking on the next latest and greatest upgrade.
