I'd like to know the contortionist who performs this reset. Does he/she have help or does he/she also use their feet?

That sounds like the sort of reset a British maker of notetakers would employ, so as to avoid inadvertently triggering it!
The reset button plus all nine keys held down at once, plus the record button!
