Yes, it does. Probably the slowness comes due to the way Eloquence uses
memory (it tends ot use a lot of memory than KeyNote Gold).

Shortly after 7.0 was released, I switched to ELOQUENCE,and it was slow and
unresponsive for about a day and a half.  Then, with no adjustment from me,
it mysteriously became equally as fast as KEYNOTE GOLD.  However the many
and flagrant mispronunciations drive me bonkers!  Does anyone know if the
mPower version of ELOQUENCE supports dictionary modifications?
