Candy, First you must have a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) before you can download 7.2. If you don't have one, it is too late for 7.2 because it is already out. SMAs need to be purchased before the upgrade comes out.
Assuming you have an SMA, you will need to download a product key from the Humanware website and then download the upgrade.
