Hi listers I have a friend who called yesterday and said her bn
isn't working at all. She said she got a batterylow message at
work and plugged it into her unit. After that there was no type
of response. She uses braille only since she is hearing impaired
and prefers braille anyway. She is running 7.0 right now and
performed a simple reset. She did this a few times. I don't
know what percentage her battery was at when all this happened it
wasn't critical. I was wondering if someone might be able to
call her since she is not on the list just yet. I signed her up
but she hasn
't been able to check her email. Actually if someone could call
me and then perhaps we could do a confrience 3 way call that
would work too. I wasn't sure what reset to tell her to try and
I don't want to make her unit worse. Rhonda I don't know if your
real busy tonight or not I am going to see if my friend is
feeling up to trying to fix it tonight or not. She is so if
someone might have any idea on how I can help her I would
