Hi Candi: Ok, I had this same problem, and you have to go to your sd card where your product key file is, and rename it to pdiboot.exe and then do a reset. I was so scared when this happened to me, but apparently, it is a common issue, and they had documentation for it in the troubleshooting section of the directions. HTH.
