Hi Charlie: Who is your dsl provider? I have sbc and after much dealing with the company, found an smtp server that would work. Also, try playing with the infrastructure and shared authentication settings in the configuration of your connection settings. Also, if you are using wep, make sure that has been put in correctly. Sometimes a few resets and just some playing around will work for you. HTH.

The VoiceNote indicates that I am connected - I've tried changing the config in as many ways as I can without success - I am at a loss at what else to change. Any ideas would be gratefully received, PS: Does HumanWare tech support help with this type of issue? Charlie.
