Hello Rhonda and list,
I get this problem at times as well.
Some times I will download the Los Angeles Times, from Bookshare
and it will unpack and load just fine, and sometimes it will lock
up after unpacking, and if I do a reset then I can go and load
the book and start reading.

You say that when downloading a daisy book that the MPower
frezes. Do you mean when you are downloading the book from the
net or do you mean
when you are loading the book into the book reader and get the
"loading book" message?
