Tiffany, how much do you have saved in your "my email" folder?
Make sure you move the important things you want to save. If you
want to back up your address list, and you don't have anything
saved that is really important to you, you can go to the KeyList
folder on your Flash Drive. When you see that folder, press Ctrl
with I. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to erase various
files, and you would press Y. Like I said, make sure you back up
your address list, and know all of your settings. If you choose
to do this, after you see the prompt that "one folder has been
erased", do a reset right where you are. Put your address list
back in. It should solve your problem, just the hard way is all.
I don't believe the Service Reset would help you here.

Subject: [Braillenote] problem with Keymail
Hello,
I have an Mpower QT 18 cell unit. I am having problmes with my
email. I can download emails just fine where I am having
problems or I should say getting frustrated with is when using
the right or left arrow key to go from message to message my unit
hangs as if it has locked for about 15 to 20 seconds and then it
will say the next message. This also happens when I have deleted
a message or marked messages for deletion. I had this happen
with 7.0, but it is doing it more and more with 7.2. Any
thoughts or suggestions.
