I've used BookShare as well as Web Braille and personally, I don't think one site is anymore difficult then the other.

What you would need to do to get set-up with Web Braille : is contact your local lending library, the one you get your braille books, magazines, tapes and whatever from, they might ask you to pick a password and they would email your username and password to you.

Web Braille is free and BookShare is not.
