Thanks. Okay, its probably in the manual but I don't have that handy. How do I get to the braille translation options menu on a qwerty?
Also, I want to clarify if I am understanding correctly. If I type a document in the word processor using my default of ms word format, I will have to do the first paragraph instructions below and save it as a keyword file instead? I think I understand that you can't emboss from a document that is currently open because I would hit escape in order to get the keyword menu to select emboss. If this is not correct, please explain. I read the part of the manual that lets me assign embossing attributes to a text document but it was a bit over-whelming when I initially read it.
