This is not meant rudely; but don't you think Humanware is
getting blamed for a lot of things these days? Yes, they should
inspect what they send out. I also believe we have
responsibilities as users.

I would call your closest office and describe yourhappening. I

request that they let you return the unit for a thurough check
over. A
fall on a hard surface like that could do some damage to the
unit. Make
sure they understand that it was not your falt.
When you receive your unit back, check the case carefully, before
using.
