Hello,
While giving a presentation a couple of weeks ago,my mPower flipped out of the case. For some reason when originally putting it into the case the Humanware techs did not snap the snaps on the case.
I did not because I thought it was still securely in the case.
I was wrong, fortunately, it was a carpeted floor so the BN was fine. If you have a case with the snaps in the back unsnapped, you should definitely snap them.

This is not meant rudely; but don't you think Humanware is getting blamed for a lot of things these days? Yes, they should inspect what they send out. I also believe we have responsibilities as users.

Gail;
I would call your closest office and describe yourhappening. I
would
request that they let you return the unit for a thurough check
over.  A
fall on a hard surface like that could do some damage to the
unit.  Make
sure they understand that it was not your falt.
When you receive your unit back, check the case carefully, before
using.
Good luck in getting cooperation.
