If you know the names of the lists, you can do each via email. In the
to field write the name of the list followed by a dash and then
subscribe followed by the at sign etc.
Example:
Suppose you wanted to subscribe to blindtech. You would write the
following in the to field:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I can't help you if you want to explore what they offer and then pick
and choose that way.
