No, that wouldn't be, because if that were the case, it would
say, "This email is too large, enter option" or something to that
effect.

Sometimes when I select my InBox to download my email, the BN
will say something like "there are 15 email on the server" and

will start receiving email. Then when it's done, it will say
"you have 13 new email." What happened to the other two?
Maybe those other two Emails are very large, and you have set
your
BrailleNote to only download Emails smaller than x kilobytes?
This option
should be in your Email setup menu. Are the missing Emails still
on the
server (i.e. can you download them with a PC)?
