Before Humanware got a hold of it, I could leave a little bit of
emails in my trash folder but now It seems that I have to leave a
hole heep of them.

Did you empty your Trash before you tried to free database space?
I'm not sure how many email have to be in there before the
database can be freed, but I had 25 one time and it didn't work.

I had 13 emails in my trash folder and when I did esf, it said
zero bites freed. Why? I'm a bit concerned. Eventually it will
free up my database space but how many emails have to be in my
trash folder in order for it to give me a number (ie) 124562)
