Hi Claude,

   Are you using D for deep discharge? That's more intended for testing
batteries than recalibrating them - it discharges the battery to 6V instead
of 6.5 Volts.  I'd use the F option which creates a log on your Flash Disk
that you could send to me if it's not behaving.

You can also recalibrate the battery by simply using the unit unplugged
until you get a battery critical message, and then plugging it back in until
it recharges fully.

If it doesn't calibrate after either of those, there may be a problem with
the battery, and it might need servicing.  Let me know if you need more
information.
