Hi Richard, We have not been able to reproduce the issue that you have reported. I have inserted a compact flash card, and have set the destination of recorded memos to a newly created folder on the compact flash card. This is working correctly on an mPower running KeySoft 7.2. Can you provide any more information that may help us to reproduce teh issue?
