Hello,
I am wondering, if you have tried doing a hard reset, which is
reset with the jkl or 456 because maybe something is keeping the
braillenote and the printer from talking together.
Also, what is your extended character set in the printer setup
list on the braillenote, I don't know if this would have any
thing to do with it, but you might try changing it.

Jason says his printer is working properly with his PC so, if
that's the
case, surely we have to look elsewhere first and not at the
printer itself.
I'll leave that to someone who is more used to printing from the
BN than
myself, but did think that Jason feels anyway that his printer is
printing
correctly with his PC.

I don't know, but it sounds like to me that your memory chip in
your epson
is going bad and you might need to replace it.

I'm not having any luck getting my BN Mpower to print to my
Epson Stylus
Color 777 printer. I've made sure the printer setup list's port
is set for
usb and printer type is set to epson. And when I connect the
printer and
hit
the power switch, the BN correctly notifies me that the printer
is ready.
When I actually try printing a doc however, BN just sits there
for a few
seconds, then announces that printing completed successfully,
yet the
printer isn't doing a single thing. I know this printer is
functioning
properly, since I just printed off this printer yesterday from
one of my
pcs. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this
problem? Thanks
