Sammie, thanks for the suggestion.  I had already thought of 
moving the papers to the word processor of the BN at least, but 
your recommendation of putting the papers on a storage card is 
also an excellent one.
Will didn't know why  the paper was doing the disappearing act, 
which was why he suggested I ask other users.  I've written to 
the BN list and the ACB-L list, but this list as always has been 
most helpful!
