This would be fine if the following were NOT true:
1. BN only works with a very limited choice of cards;
2. Computer stores try to sell the latest/greatest, not outdated
cards, that few if anyone wants to buy;
3. They sell cards that works in state-of-the-art equipment, which
they also sell;
4. BN, and other products developed for us, are designed with older
technology, not from the point of view of looking at what will be
available when the device goes to market;
5. Peripherals are packaged in bubble packaging that cannot be opened
and re-sealed if the customer decides it does not work for them.
6. We all have very limited transportation (cannot drive
independently) and getting to a store just to find that they do not
carry a compatible peripheral is time-consuming and frustrating.
However, that said, I would like to know if HW tests various new
cards on the market with this equipment, or if they could tell us
what drivers are loaded so that we could at least check with various
manufacturers of cards about the drivers they use.

Just a thought. Couldn't you see their customer services department,
state that you're visually impaired, and that you wish to try out a card
to use in a PDA? Just a thought here.
