I don't think so.  As far as I know, Starbux are only starting up in
Adelaide.

I use wireless at home all the time, just not outside of home.

Starbucks offers wi-fi access through the TMOBILE network.

You can get an inexpensive plan.  You can get some wireless experience
with 
your braille note that way.
