I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your transplant. This is definitely not off topic, as it's only right to tell the list your experiences with Humanware UK. However, I sent an e-mail regarding what Humanware UK are like, I was told they're quite good, so I'm surprised that they're not treating you fairly. I think you should get on the bell to them and ask for the manager at Humanware and explain your situation, and, if deemed necessary, make a complaint. OK, there can be faults in communication sometimes, but if you've been waiting, what, under 4 months? That is not acceptable! So please contact them as soon as possible and speak to the manager and uphold a complaint and explain why you're not happy with them. I hope this helps, and I sincerely hope you receive your unit in the near future.
