The discussion on sending and receiving mail was indeed about SSL.
Someone wanted to know if Keymail supports Gmail, and of course that's a
definite no, as Gmail uses SSL encryption, which Keymail doesn't support
at this time, and thus we advised users to use the web interface if
possible. So, if Charter uses SSL, then I'm afraid you won't be able to
use Keymail to connect to your e-mail account. You do not need to change
ISPS, but rather you'll have to practice using their web interface. Hope
this solves at least some of your queries.
