Hi Joleen:
In your address list, there may be fields that you don't use,
such as middle names, titles, things like that. In that field,
you could put list one, or whatever you wanted to call it. Yes,
when you put your addresses in, you would have to make sure you
filled that field name in with whatever you are calling it.
When you go in to the "send to" field of your email, you would
press Backspace L, (Ctrl L). You would see the prompt of how
many addresses you have. You would go to the field name where
you have given it the special name, and write in the words you
are looking for. You would press Enter. You will be told how
many names you have listed, and you will be asked, "send to all
selected recipients"? Press Y for yes.

Subject: [Braillenote] Email Questions
Hi All,
I am trying to discover the best way to send messages to a group.
I generally send a weekly message to about 50 people and have put
these addresses into one entry of my Eudora address book.
Now I have copied the list of addresses into a .txt file in hopes
of finding a way to send to this group from my BN.
My first attempt was to cut and paste them into the e-mail field
of the Address List. Only two addresses were copied into the
field.
My next thought is to make a separate address list entry for each
name and put in the appropriate e-mail for each entry. I could
then give them all the same "title". Setting this up will take
some time and I thought someone on this list may know of a better
way before I set forth on this task. I have read the manual
without finding an answer. It does mention group mailings, but I
have not seen how this would be done except to enter each address
separately.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Joleen
