Hello; Rhonda, I did that to. I went to file manager menu erased
the manual pressed reset. No luck. I erased the folder no luck.
I went to keyword menu to open a file and erased the folder
pressed reset no luck. What could I do next? I did every thing.
Please write back.

From the Main Menu, go to Keyword. Open a document. Press
Backspace to get to the "drive list" prompt. You will want the
Keysoft System Disk. Press Enter. Go to the Manual Folder. Do
not press Enter, but press Backspace with dots 14. You will be
asked if you are sure you want to erase, and you will press Y for
yes. Do not go to Main Menu. Do a soft reset, (NO KEYS HELD
DOWN).
