[Braillenote] MPower and Jaws for windows

Dear fellow braille note users,
I'm passing this on for a friend who's not on this list, and I'd also like the 
answer to the question.
Can the braille note Mpower BT be used as a speech synthesizer with JAWS for 
windows?
If so, how does one go about getting it to work properly?
