Yes, you can use the BrailleNote as a speech synthesizer; it will act as a Keynote Standalone synthesizer. To do this, you use the remote synthesizer feature. As it's a long-winded process to get JAWS to use the synthesizer, I will leave to the "expert" BN users to explain how you would do this. Hope this helps, and good luck.
