Try pressing the offline, then put it back online. It might help. I had
to do this sometimes when printing on an hp 500 from a classic braille
'n speak. So this might be necessary from the braille note.

A client of mine who is in high school is using a BrailleNote with
Keysoft 5.1 and an HP 450 DeskJet Printer.  When he attempts to print a
document that is more than two pages long, it won't print the whole
document.  When he tried to print another document that was a page this
morning, it printed that, but there was a line missing down toward the
bottom of the page.  I am conducting a phone conference with his
braillist tomorrow morning and am wondering what might be causing this
issue.

Also, they are thinking about purchasing a new printer.  They are
looking at a Cannon IP90 with an infrared port.  Anyone had any
experience with this printer?

P.S. I have strongly recommended an mPower, but not sure his school
system is going to go for it.
