Rusty,

Yes, it is possible to enter things such as longitude and latitude
information into the Sendero GPS. As to your query on using the GPS in a
location as a park. There are multiple ways of navigating a location like
this, which some of them include creating a manual route, this will allow
for the user to make their own waypoints and give it whatever description
they desire and any directionality. A manual route is similar to dropping
electronic bread crums that the user will be able to follow after they are
done creating the route. the user is also able to create points of interest
throughout the park, this will allow for the user to name anything
throughout the park that will trigger within a certain proximitey every so
often.

Now, if a user is wanting to go the route of the Sendero GPS, there are a
few things required, which they are a BrailleNote of any type, a GPS
receiver, and licensed maps. If you are looking for pricing information or
wish to read further into the Sendero GPS, you are welcome to visit one of
the following websites.
