Antonio, have you tried changing authentication? Are you getting any prompts about user name or password? I'm not familiar with your ISP, but I assume authentication would be set to yes.

I am experiencing problems in receiving mail.
No problem sending mail; tried four different providers.
Today a friend of mine reported the same problem.
I have deleted my account and re-created several times.
Internet navigation seems to be OK.
