Hello Desi, I'm really glad your KS7.2 problem is resolved!
As for the braille display dots, I have the same problem, only my missing dots are on the right side.
If you have a Classic BN, or an M-Power Transplant, the braille cell may need to be replaced. According to folks on this List, the braille display cells in the NEW M-Power is better.
Yes, it is truly sad when we have to send our BN in for any reason! I wish I could afford a spare!
