Perhaps this might help.
When I first set up e-mail for my new mPower, I went to Eudora
and looked at the settings that I was using there. One would
think that they would be the same. Not so! I had to call my ISP
provider and discovered that the address I needed to use was
wrong for sending and receiving messages. I changed to their
suggestion and it worked. Being the creative spirit that I am, I
decided to change the same ssettings in Eudora. Then I had
trouble receiving messages. I changed Eudora back to the address
that was different and it worked again.
Mine is not to wonder why although it is pretty tempting
sometimes.
