Hi, Barb, Here's what I have for my earthlink settings for email
with the BN mPower, and I use only earthlink for email.
account name: is what you will remember best, I use rapid which
is part of the name of my town
user name: use the complete email username, both parts before and
after the at sign
password: be careful when writing this in
your name is obvious: first and last names
your email address: again the complete address
pop server: I have pop.earthlink.net
smtp server: I have smtpauth.earthlink.net
smtp authentication required: yes; if it says no, change it.
pop port: 110
smtp port: 587.
These are the latest settings that I have used, and they have
been checked recently with an earthlink tech support person.
