Dear list, I will try to answer many questions as I can. Sammie, this is not the hardware issue. The lockupn is related to the software issue (more accurately, memory management). Kristen, there was a post by Mickey that you can post to the list with the problem with the description as the subject line. Then you can outline the steps leading up to the problem. Jose and Brandon, I know your frustrations, but, I will restate again: wait patiently and you'll get it one day. Thanks for your considerations.

When? Brandon may be making a genuine effort and may be getting frustrated. What i think would be the most helpful is if Humanware could make an incident report link on the website or tell the list the best way to contact them with a specific problem that occurs with detailed steps on exactly what happens so that the issue can get resolved. Sending multiple messages without details is frustrating to people. It may seem like complaining and Humanware is a great company but it is frustrating to have your bn lock up with no particular reason. I'm weary of doing the engineer reset frequently on my unit. ----- Original Message ----- From: "sammie clay" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, October 21, 2006 12:07 PM Subject: Re: [Braillenote] 7.2 patch?
