Hi.

If HW staff could spend the time perfecting a patch instead of wading
through all of these posts, it might come faster. Software Development
is very complex, getting everything to work right and seamlessly
together takes a lot of time and effort. I know; I developed software
for 15-1/2 years.

HW staff is doing a great job and I am quite confident they are logging
and addressing all of the reported bugs as fast as they can. Maybe it
isn't as fast as some of you would like, but when you've not developed
software and don't understand what is involved, you tend to have
unrealistic expectations. And, don't talk to me about well, I've spent
all this money for the Mpower, blah blah blah. I've spent thousands of
dollars on my BN units since I bought my first one over six years ago
and I've just not upgraded to 7.2 yet, that's how I've stayed away from
all these supposed problems many of you have. I agree with Jim, lighten
up, the legitimate problems you have reported will be addressed in due
course.
