hello Mrs. Campbell,
Thank you and your husband for this message. This is precisely what Mickey Quenzer as requested we do if we think we have discovered a bug or any kind of problem which can't be solved by an expert on the list. He asked that if a problem is discovered and can't be resolved, that we send him a message with "PROBLEM" in the subject line (example: subject: problem - locking up). Then, in the body of the message describe what you were doing when this problem occurred. You should be as specific as possible when describing what your device did, and what you were doing. Perhaps with enough information about what happened, a software developer or an engineer will be able to isolate and duplicate that particular problem and fix it. I don't know anything about software, but this is what Dean Jackson and Jonathan mosen told me to do when I had a problem with word separation in my documents (those sent or received) and sending long messages and attachments to people who were still using 5.1 or lower when 6.1 became available. Dean called me from New Zealand and asked questions about the length of my documents and attachments, then he told me how to send my E-Mail folder to him as an attachment including as many problem attachments or word separations as possible. The fix to my problem was included in 6.11 and 7.0. I sent Mr. Quenzer a message today telling him about the problem I have sending more than 13 short attachments or five long ones in 7.2. I expect that either in the up-coming patch or the next upgrade, this problem will be resolved if a resolution is possible. However, not being able to send more than 13 short or five long attachments in one message does not render my BrailleNote inoperable. This is just a small annoyance that I can live with by sending enough messages so that I satisfy the person receiving my documents. I think that if we as users of classics or MPower's would exercise a little patience, a patch for 7.2 will be coming soon.

Sammie Clay
