Yes, if you know you won't be writing, I would press Escape and
go to Main Menu. It's a process, but you won't lose your
document. I'm sure sorry this is happening.

open the document again? if so, it seems a long process. I wish
you could
multiple at the same time; wish there was an option like alt plus
tab in

Tara, what I have discovered is this: If I have to quit writing
for any
reason, I go to Main Menu. Your document should be in tact when
you go
back in. Don't ever write in the KeySoft System Drive, but
other than
that, if you always go to Main Menu when you quit for any
reason, you
should have your document.
