How are you saving your document? Do you write it as dot rtf at first or do
you write it in Keyword, then save as dot rtf? Want to try to duplicate
what you are doing!

Have you tried doing a reset? If a regular reset, the reset
button only doesn't clear the lock, try a 4-5-6 (J-K-L) reset or
an engineer's reset.
Sounds like the system has lost track of who is using the file.
