Hi Mary Ellen:
Have you tried opening it up on the computer? I have had to do this,
and sometimes my computer will ask me what I want the computer to open it
with. Then I select the program for the computer to open it with; for
instance, like Microsoft word, note pad, word pad, ETC. Hope this helps and
good luck with taking care of the problem. Write us back and let us know
