Hello: The Rv C6S hardware revision was the hardware modification used to address the battery issue identified that effected a small sampeling of mPower units. This is a recently tested and approved modification, it is being done to all units that are received in the repair center for other issues. There are many mPower units that do not have the modification done, and are working just fine, and there is no need for the customer to be concerned unless they are having battery issues. If you are having these problems, please get in touch with Humanware Technical support!
