Hi Gail, If you want to erase everything on the card use the "prepare sd card for upgrade" utility. It's actually a fancy name for a format utility.
Go into the utilities menu and choose application. For the drive, select the keysoft disc. For the directory, select windows. When asked for a program name, hit space to get a list of programs and then hit the letter p which will most likely give you a program called pegterm. I have no idea what that is, but it's not important. Anyway, hit space and the next thing you are likely to see is the program called prepare sd card for upgrade. Press enter on it and run the program by repeatedly pressing enter. You'll be warned that all data on the card will be lost and if you want to continue anyway. Just answer yes and the card will be formatted properly for the MPower and all data previously on the card will be gone forever.
