Gail,
From Main Menu, go to Utilities/Application.
At the drive prompt, select KeySoft System
Disk. At the folder name, select Windows.
At the program name, select "Prepare SD card
for Umgrade." Press ENTER twice to start the
program. Press enter on the first dialog
that appears, and after few moments, the
program will terminate with the completion
message. Your SD card has now been
formatted.
