I think we figured out I hadn't prepard the card correctly. Can

didn't. And, the braille display will be blank for the first few
seconds after the tones and then it
should say the word loading followed by a percentage which will
gradually increase.
Also, are you sure the sd card was properly formatted to accommodate
an upgrade?
Finally, were you able to get your MPower to respond and run under
the previous keysoft you already had installed?
Jusst trying to explore all the possibilities most likely to give
problems during the upgrade.
